Kathleen Joy Malicsi
Window & Styling Specialist, Region East Asia
With a strong passion for fashion and styling, she began her H&M journey in 2014 as a Window Visual for the first flagship store in the Philippines. Over the years, she has taken on a range of key visual roles within the company —eventually becoming Country Visual Manager before moving to Singapore as Regional Visual Merchandiser for Womenswear in SEA. With the regional integration of SEA and North East Asia (NEA), she now serves as the Window & Styling Specialist for the combined region. In this role, she brings together global visual strategies with local relevance—ensuring a consistent, customer-centric experience across diverse markets through compelling styling and window presentations. She believes that styling is not just about following trends or being fashionable, but a powerful form of self-expression.

Miki Umezu
Window & Styling Support, Northeast Asia
Starting as a part-timer in 2012, she quickly developed a passion for visual merchandising at H&M. After supporting new store openings and working closely with visual teams, the transition to Stylist came in 2017. With experience supporting different stores, even multiple countries and three years at the largest H&M store in Japan and Korea, Miki is now the Window and Styling Support for the North East Asia region, bringing a strong focus on inspiring customer experiences through impactful visual storytelling around styling.

Raphael “P” Lagdameo
Window & Styling Support, Southeast Asia
Currently working as Styling Support for Southeast Asia, he began his journey at H&M as a store Visual Merchandiser, then progressed to Visual Merchandising Manager, and later became an Area Visual Manager. Each role taught him something valuable about fashion and how style can tell a story and connect with people. Now, in his regional role, he’s passionate about helping teams bring trends to life through styling in ways that feel authentic and inspiring across different countries. For him, styling isn’t just about clothes—it’s about creating experiences that empower and inspire people through fashion.
