Imagine starting your first job with the confidence to speak up, contribute meaningfully, and be taken seriously without pretending to be an extrovert. Many introverted students feel pressured to act outgoing to succeed, but real professional presence comes from leveraging your authentic strengths.
This 2-hour workshop helps introverts build confidence, visibility, and influence in a way that feels natural.
Through guided reflection and interactive activities, students will learn how to:
- Speak up in group settings without feeling drained
- Communicate confidently during interviews and presentations
- Build long-term professional visibility through authentic strategies
Participants will also be introduced to the QUIET Framework™, a practical model that transforms introverted tendencies into workplace advantages.
Who Should Attend:
Introverted students or anyone who feels overlooked, overwhelmed, or less confident in high-interaction settings especially before internships, interviews, or early career transitions.
Participants will leave with:
- A clearer understanding of the strengths introverts bring to the workplace
- Three practical techniques to project presence without overexertion
- Greater confidence advocating for their preferred work style
Benefits of Attending:
- Career readiness: Navigate meetings, networking, and reviews with confidence
- Self-advocacy: Learn to be seen and valued without changing your personality
- Reduced stress: Understand how influence and visibility work, minus the anxiety
This is a workshop in collaboration with NUSOne.
