Kylie Liu
Senior Manager, Economic Development Board (EDB)
Kylie Liu is a Senior Manager at Logistics and Supply Chain Management team at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). She also oversees Italy and the Nordics at EDB’s Europe Desk, working with in-market stakeholders to anchor strategic functions, drive innovation, and facilitate critical investments in Singapore.
Prior to her current role, Kylie managed deep tech and energy policy portfolios across the National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS), Ministry of Health MOH) and Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI). Notably, she led the coordination of Singapore’s national hydrogen strategy and national Embodied AI strategy.
Kylie graduated with a MSc in Energy Policy & Climate and a BA in Public Health, Anthropology & Italian Studies from The Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a MA in Medical Anthropology from Harvard University.

Ethan Lee
Senior Manager, Economic Development Board (EDB)
Ethan Lee is a Senior Manager at the Logistics and Supply Chain Management team at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He works with companies in the logistics sector to expand their business activities in Singapore, with the goal of developing and enhancing the logistics and supply chain ecosystem, creating sustainable economic growth, and generating good job opportunities in Singapore.
Prior to joining EDB, Ethan was a Regional Customer Manager at DHL Express, leading the business development and execution of logistics solutions for its Global Multinational Companies (GMNC) customers in the Asia Pacific region. He supported GMNCs across various industries, including Life Sciences & Healthcare, Semiconductors, and Engineering & Manufacturing.
Ethan holds a Bachelor in Business Management from the RMIT University, and a Diploma in Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Tan Ching Siow
Senior Vice President for Pacific Contract Logistics at DSV and the Managing Director for Singapore
Tan Ching Siow is the Senior Vice President for Pacific Contract Logistics at DSV and the Managing Director for Singapore. With over 18 years of experience in logistics industry, he has built a well-rounded career across multiple business units and functions, including operations, project management, solution design, and commercial roles. He has spent more than a decade in Contract Logistics and has also held leadership positions in Ocean and Air Freight for Singapore Malaysia at Schenker. Throughout his career, Ching Siow has developed deep expertise in managing complex supply chains and driving business growth across diverse markets.

Ms Yong Hwee Yee
Chief Executive Officer of Agency of Logistics and Procurement Services (ALPS)
ALPS is a healthcare supply chain organization that supports Singapore’s public healthcare sector by providing national-level procurement, logistics, and supply chain solutions. Its role is to help ensure that public healthcare institutions have reliable access to medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and related services, enabling them to deliver quality patient care.
Ms Yong brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations. She has previously served as Vice President of Baxter International's Integrated Supply Chain – Pharmaceuticals and Compounding, and Vice President of GSK Respiratory and HIV Manufacturing. In these roles, she managed global manufacturing and supply chain operations, supplying pharmaceutical products globally. She ensured robust customer service and operational excellence in close partnership with R&D and commercial teams. Prior to these positions, she also held leadership role at Janssen Supply Chain, Asia Pacific.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms Yong serves as a Board member of A*STAR and is the co-founder of the BioBiz conference, a platform that promotes interest in the biomedical industry among university and polytechnic students.
