Bryan Tay
Bryan Tay is General Manager at the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), where he works with regulators, founders, and financial institutions to build a high-trust, outcomes-driven fintech ecosystem. With a background as a founder and operator, Bryan Tay brings a practical leadership approach shaped by experience building and scaling businesses across sectors.
A former Olympian, Bryan is known for disciplined execution, resilience under pressure, and a strong focus on meaningful results.

Kim Ng
Kim Ng leads the people function at Aspire, with a focus on creating the conditions for people to do their best work and grow with intention. Kim's work centres on building thoughtful, people-first practices that support performance, development, and a strong workplace culture.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys hybrid fitness training, budget travel, and conversations around technology, mindfulness, and minimalist living.

James Wong
James Wong is a Talent Acquisition Associate at KPay Group, where he leads campus recruitment initiatives and early careers programmes. His work includes organising talent acquisition events, building partnerships with fintech and industry stakeholders, and supporting the KPay Management Associate Programme.
Prior to KPay, he gained experience in banking and financial services through roles at DBS Bank and Tiger Brokers Singapore. He brings a practical perspective on early talent development and building pathways between emerging professionals and the fintech industry.
