As a worldwide innovation competition organized by GenScript, the G·Star Biological Challenge aims to provide a platform that integrates life sciences, business innovation, and industrial application. Winning teams will receive attractive prizes and gain priority access to career opportunities at GenScript.
The competition features three tracks: the Technology Track, the Business Track, and the Industry Translation Track. Students from life sciences, business, and other related disciplines are welcome to participate. Participants may choose the track that best matches their academic background and interests, or collaborate across disciplines to explore the commercialization and industrial application of biotechnology innovations.
Team formation options are flexible:
- Master's and Ph.D. students in life sciences-related disciplines may form a team to participate in the Technology Track.
- Students with business backgrounds (e.g., MBA students) may form a team to participate in the Business Track.
- Students from business and life sciences backgrounds may also form interdisciplinary teams to participate in the Industry Translation Track.
Each team consists of two members. If students are unable to find suitable teammates within the university/college they study at, we will assist with cross-university and cross-disciplinary team matching to help them successfully form a team.
