Speaker(s)

Ms Ho Kwai Yuen
Kwai Yuen is the Director of Sterling Property Consultants, a property consultancy firm providing consultancy work, property valuations and sales/leasing services. In her career spanning more than 30 years since her graduation from School of Building and Estate Management, NUS, she had also worked in other property consultancy firms like Knight Frank Pte Ltd and Colliers International, to name a few.
In her spare time, Kwai Yuen spends her leisure painting and upcycling cardboards, magazines, used gift wrappers, greeting cards, and even clean food boxes/bags into gift tags and gift cards. A firm believer in reducing waste and saving the environment, lots of pretty “trash” that passes by her way is given a second lease of life and becomes “treasure” to someone else.
The proceeds from the sale of her recycled gift cards, gift tags and gift bags at various charity fund raisers have raised much over the years to benefit the needy in the society.
She hopes that this workshop will inspire and create a spark in anyone who cares to stop and ponder when he/she sees something that is too pretty to be thrown away - can I give this a new lease of life?
