The Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) and Pacific International Lines (PIL) have each played significant roles in advancing Singapore's maritime ecosystem through complementary contributions to industry development, innovation, and talent cultivation. As a key industry body, SMF brings together stakeholders across the public and private sectors to strengthen Singapore's position as a leading International Maritime Centre (IMC), while fostering greater collaboration and developing future-ready maritime talent. Complementing this ecosystem-wide perspective, PIL, which is Singapore's largest home-grown shipping line, offers valuable industry insights through its extensive global operations and continued investments in digitalisation, sustainability, and supply chain innovation. As many youths remain unfamiliar with the breadth of careers available within the maritime sector, this collaboration will broaden their understanding of opportunities spanning engineering, maritime operations, data analytics, sustainability, finance, business development, supply chain management, policy, and emerging maritime technologies. Through Experience: Maritime Singapore, Advisory hopes to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the maritime industry through immersive engagements with industry professionals who are driving innovation and transformation across Maritime Singapore.
