Brought to you by NTUC Youth, in collaboration with NTUC's Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), the NTUC Youth Ready to Experience Career Empowerment and Leadership (Ready to EXCEL) programme is a series of half-day interactive, experiential workshop that blends guided reflection, practical hands-on exercises, and peer collaboration for youth.
The first workshop is focused on career planning: discover your career strength, interest and leadership style. Leverage on the knowledge to chart your career path, sharpen your leadership skills, and build your career journey.
