Through our programs, young talents have an opportunity to contribute to AIIB’s mission. At the same time, our programs will provide them with valuable training, mentorship and exposure that will help them to succeed in the professional sphere.

Successful applicants to Young Talent Programs will have the chance to be given meaningful assignments, work directly with clients, support multiple infrastructure projects, and take part in missions, while working under close mentorship with experts in their fields. They will benefit from a combination of training and hands-on experience that will enhance their skills and exposure to the professional world.

Analysts and associates are full-time staff positions based in our Headquarters in Beijing, and enjoy very competitive remuneration paid in USD and benefits such as a diplomatic visa, global medical insurance, location premium allowance (on top of base salary), and financial relocation support (in addition to airfare). Staff also receive a competitive retirement package as well as education subsidy. They also enjoy flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.

Interns receive a cash stipend for the duration of their internship.
