India Ready Talent Programme 2026
The India Ready Talent Programme (IRTP) is a joint initiative by Enterprise Singapore and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). It was launched in February 2024 to strengthen business and talent ties between Singapore and India.
In it's third run now, the programme is now managed by NTU on behalf of ESG and CII, and opportunities for the Summer of 2026 are now available to all the IHL students!
