About the Speaker, Mr. Calvin Kuah, Senior Manager, Airport Operations Services

Calvin is a seasoned aviation professional with Changi Airport Group (CAG), where he has helped shape the future of one of the world’s most awarded airports. He played a pivotal role in the programme management and development planning of the Terminal 2 Expansion Project, enhancing Changi’s capacity, operational efficiency, and passenger experience.

Calvin leads the operational business units in Jewel Changi Airport, overseeing aviation facilities, service businesses, and a dynamic portfolio of hospitality programmes and events. In this role, Calvin translates complex challenges into strategies that elevate both passenger experience and business performance.

Calvin graduated with First-Class Honours in International Tourism & Events Management from the International Management Institute, Switzerland, and holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
