Applying Critical Thinking to Clinical Diagnostics

Critical thinking is a complex decision-making process, which, in healthcare, aims to achieve optimum patient outcomes. The complex process depends on applying multi-disciplinary knowledge to a novel issue and, over time, is expected to become an innate process.

In this workshop, we will share methods to promote critical thinking such as the use of effective communication, knowledge-based thinking, standards-based thinking and collaborative thinking.
