Excel in Aptitude Tests with Graduates First

With top firms in various industries utilising aptitude tests and psychometric assessments as crucial screening tools, the challenge for candidates is clear: How does one not only excel but advance to the next stage of the hiring process?

Enter Graduates First, a platform hosting over 150 pre-hiring assessments, dedicated to sharpening students’ abilities and agility at handling these assessments. Learn from Graduates First’s Consultant, Peter Thornton, and Organisational Psychologist, Abdul Wahaab, on the rationale behind such tests, the variety of them, and the criteria that employers use when shortlisting applicants.

In this workshop, you will gain an overview of commonly used pre-hiring assessment methods, current pre-hiring trends, and most importantly, try your hand at some of these tests to receive real-time feedback from the trainers.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain insights on the types of employers using these tests and how they assess your performance
  • Learn to navigate Graduates First, utilising its tools and assessments to hone your strengths and identify competencies pertinent to your desired role
