Discovering Yourself with MBTI and RIASEC

This engaging session is designed to help students uncover their unique strengths, preferences, and career possibilities using two widely recognised assessment tools: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the RIASEC Holland Codes.

Explore the four dimensions of personality and discover how your MBTI type shapes your communication style, decision-making process, and ideal work environment. Learn how to harness your strengths and address potential blind spots to thrive in academic and professional settings.

Dive into the six Holland Codes and uncover how your interests align with potential career paths. Find out how those orientations guide job preferences and satisfaction.

By the end of this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and actionable strategies for navigating your journey with confidence.
