Are Plants Our Saviour?

Have you ever noticed the variety of flora on our campus? Have they always been like what we see today? Why should you pay attention to them? This talk unveils the history of Kent Ridge, and highlights the importance and attraction of plants.

This talk is open to the public.

Dr. Amy Choong

Senior Lecturer, Department of Biological Sciences (NUS)
Dr Amy Choong is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Biological Sciences (NUS). She teaches Fungal Biology, Comparative Botany, Tropical Horticulture, and Natural Heritage of Singapore. She is an alumnus of the NUS Botany Department. Amy strongly believes that we can and must care for our home, planet Earth.
