Dr Luke Batchelor

Publishing Director for Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Elsevier
Dr Luke Batchelor manages the global team of publishers responsible for over 100 journals in this field, including titles such as Chemical Engineering Journal, Water Research, and the Applied Catalysis family. Prior to this, Luke spent over 10 years working in editorial roles, including launching and leading journals for both Cell Press and Nature Research. Luke originally trained as a chemist, with a PhD from University of Manchester, followed by post-doctoral stints in UK and France.
