Discover the Hidden Wonders of Biodiversity Through Play

Meet ByeO Barelands (pronounced Bio Balance), a home-grown strategy card game that introduces players to Singapore’s fascinating biodiversity.

Team up to discover native wildlife, tackle fast-paced trivia, and learn how we can better coexist with the wildlife around us. Explore what to do when you encounter wild animals, understand responsible human-wildlife interactions, and discover simple actions we can take to protect Singapore’s biodiversity.

Race against time to restore a damaged ecosystem and transform it into a vibrant web of life.

Come celebrate Singapore’s amazing native wildlife through games, conversations and good company! No prior knowledge is required; just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn.

This event is organised by our librarians, Herman Felani and Niki Koh.
