Fuel Your Mind: The Science of Gut Health and a Journey from Research to Industry

You may be familiar with the phrase “a way to a person’s heart is through their stomach”, but did you know it also applies to the brain too? What is the gut-brain connection, and what is the link between your gut, mind and wellbeing?

Join NUS alumnus Shu Wen, Chief Technology Officer of Curated Culture, who will share an evidence-based approach on how you can take charge of your gut health and improve your mental wellbeing. You’ll also get to hear about Curated Culture’s entrepreneurial journey and how she has pivoted from research to industry.

This programme is organised by our librarian Richard Ho.

Programme

Registration begins at 9.30am. The session will commence with a launch of the Collaborative Experiential Space by NUS Libraries and NUS Graduate School.
