Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology has been widely used across various topic areas to visualise and overlay data, and study spatial relationships.

Learn more about geoprocessing tools in QGIS and get a guided experience in using GIS as an analytical tool to address a case study.

Preparation for Participants

  • Please download and install the QGIS 3.34 (64-bit) program in your laptop. Navigate to the appropriate OS type that you are using (Windows / macOS). Download the Long Term Version 3.34 which is the most stable version and would function well.

    Prior to the workshop, please ensure that you are able to run the installation file and open up QGIS on your laptop.
