Building NUS’ Libraries of the Future – Today
In partnership with CELC, NUS Libraries Writers’ Centre offers a coordinated effort to support the NUS community across all forms of writing and presentation: academic, professional, and creative.
We help students and faculty members in all types of writing assignments — from course-based writing, scientific writing to personal statements and grant proposals. We provide regular individual writing consultations and group workshops on rhetorical skills, revision strategies, and the conventions of style and structure appropriate to different modes of writing.
As consultants, we are able to provide general feedback about the articulation of ideas, tone, audience awareness, argumentation, structure, grammar, clarity, and style, regardless of the discipline, at any stage of the writing process.
