Following feedback we have received, please take note of the following points.

1. Factiva’s homepage now displays the previous interface by default. This is possible because the previous interface has not been discontinued yet.
   To switch between the new and previous interface, please click on “Switch Factiva”.
   
   
2. As the new Factiva interface continues to evolve and may eventually be the only Factiva interface we can use, you may want to suggest what features should be included via the Feedback button located at the bottom left corner of the new interface.

While access to Factiva’s previous interface continues to be available for the time being, please take note of the following.

1. Factiva’s homepage now displays the new interface by default. To switch between the new and previous interface, please click on “Switch Factiva”.
   
   
2. The new interface supports natural language searching, displays trending and regional news and has multi language capabilities. However, as the new interface may not have all the features available on the previous interface, you may still need to use the previous interface at times.
   
   
3. The new Factiva interface will continue to evolve and is likely to have additional features in future. In relation to that, you can suggest what features should be included via the Feedback button located at the bottom left corner.

We are pleased to inform you that access to Factiva's new interface, via the "Switch Factiva" option, has been enabled. "Switch Factiva" also allows you to access Factiva on its previous interface which will continue to be available for the time being.
