Lim Siu Chen
Senior Librarian (Research Librarian – HASS), NUS Libraries

Siu Chen is a librarian at NUS Libraries. Her interests relate to copyright, information literacy, and digital sustainability. She has experience providing information literacy instruction as, part of the Law Resource and Humanities & Social Sciences Teams. She has an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and an MSc (Library Science) from Nanyang Technological University. She is currently reflecting on library pedagogy and strategy, cultivated by the need to re-imagine the future of libraries in the experience age.

Toh Kim Kee
Principal Librarian (Research Librarian – STEM), NUS Libraries

Kim Kee spends most of her time doing user education, providing consultation to the NUS Health Sciences community and working on library projects. She has a MSc in Information Studies and a B.Eng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Wong Suei Nee
Senior Librarian (Research Librarian – STEM), NUS Libraries

Suei Nee has more than 10 years experience working as a Librarian. Her work interests include Systematic Review searching and teaching users how to search for full-text articles. On a daily basis, she enjoys talking to users, helping with their queries, and making friends with them. She has worked in both the Central Library and Medical+Sceince Library, and relishes the different learning experience both libraries offer.

Raudhah Thongkam
Principal Librarian (Immersive Learning), NUS Libraries

Raudhah Thongkam is Principal Librarian (Immersive Learning) at NUS Libraries, where she leads the Technology Enhanced Learning Imaginarium. With a background in English literature and Unity development, she designs immersive learning experiences spanning VR, AR, and game-based learning that bring together storytelling, technology, and pedagogy. Outside of work, she enjoys games, stories, and all things playful, including a certain yellow electric mouse, a red-shirted yellow bear, and a small, cute white creature who tries very hard.

Dr Lim Khee Hiang
Senior Manager, Academic and Solution Consulting APAC, Sage

Khee Hiang is a Senior Manager, Academic and Solution Consulting APAC at Sage Publishing, based in the Asia Pacific head office in Singapore. With over 18 years of experience, he leads initiatives across the region, specializing in advising professionals in R&D, corporate, academic, and government sectors on optimizing strategic value and integrating research and workflow solutions. Khee Hiang has authored more than 20 cardiovascular and biomedical publications, 19 of which are indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection (SCIE), covering areas such as heart valve engineering, cardiovascular surgery, and biomechanics. He is also the inventor of a patented heart valve. Khee Hiang holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Doctorate in Heart Valve Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Senior Training & Author Engagement Executive, Cambridge University Press (CUP)

Irene supports researchers and institutions across Asia in their publishing journey. She provides training and works closely with partners to strengthen research collaboration and author engagement in the region.

Dr Magdeline Ng
Vice University Librarian and Cluster Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation, NUS Libraries

Magdeline is Vice University Librarian and Cluster Head of Digital Strategy and Innovation at NUS Libraries. She serves on the WHO Western Pacific Region Librarians Network and FSTA Librarian Advisory Board, shaping global discussions on information access and public health. Believing that teaching deepens learning, she developed the THE1004 Learning to Learn e-course and co-authored Strategic Learning: A Holistic Approach to Studying with Professor Robert Kamei. Her research encompasses systematic reviews, pedagogy, and innovative teaching methods. Magdeline holds a joint appointment with NUS Agility Office, driving strategic transformation. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry from NUS and her PhD in Chemistry from NTU.

With over 25 years of experience in academic publishing, digital archives, and library technologies, he works closely with universities and libraries to advance digital scholarship, research workflows, and innovative uses of primary source collections.

Nicholas Pak
Customer Success Team Manager, South Asia and South-East Asia, Elsevier

Nicholas is the Customer Success Team Manager for the South Asia & South-East Asia regions where he leads high-performing teams of CSMs to develop and foster community engagement within the Academic & Government communities. He is an Elsevier STMJ Accredited Author Workshop presenter and a Level 3 certified Mendeley trainer, and has conducted over 800 workshops across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Brunei. Nicholas strongly believes in adopting a consultative, collaborative and empathetic approach to drive customer success and to go above and beyond in delighting the customer.

Yong En is an assistant research librarian at NUS Libraries. Her research interests lie in the way art participates in politics and social life. She completed her B.Mus at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and her M.A (Research) in Southeast Asian Studies at NUS.
