Where can you find information on global patent to support your innovation and entrepreneurship? In this workshop, we will introduce Lens, a database that offers millions of patent records for you to search, analyse and manage patent knowledge. Join this activity-based session to learn collaboratively about patents and Lens.

 

Innovation intelligence involves staying abreast of the most recent trends, technologies, and practices to stay competitive, and learning to spot opportunities for growth and innovation.

Patrick, a certified ACLP adult trainer, is devoted to enhancing teaching and learning experiences within his capacity as a research librarian. Patrick utilizes storytelling techniques to breathe life into seemingly mundane facts, employing various teaching pedagogies to engage and inspire learners. When he's not at work, you will find him jet-setting to new destinations or indulging in culinary delights, all while staying healthy through exercise and well-being practices. Patrick's favorite pastime? Taking a leisurely half-day afternoon off with a cuppa, simply enjoying the hustle and bustle around him. With his motto "just do it" in mind, Patrick encourages others to embrace life's adventures with a smile and a sense of humor.
