Qigong for Everyday Wellbeing

Qigong is widely known for its physical health benefits, but do you know it is equally powerful in cultivating mental health?

Through an anthropological lens, gain a foundational understanding of Qigong as both a traditional cultural practice and a meditative system for holistic wellbeing. You will be introduced to simple Qigong movements designed to release tension and promote a sense of grounding.

Through guided, mindful practice, discover how these techniques can help you build mental resilience, manage stress, and support your overall well-being in both personal and professional contexts.

This event is organised by our librarians, Jonathan P and Jamila Osman.

  • Please wear light, loose-fitting clothing that allows a full range of motion, along with flat-soled shoes or socks.
