Generative AI & Innovations in Scholarly Publishing: Publisher Insights

Generative AI (GenAI) has made a significant impact on academic publishing. It helps to streamline workflows such as manuscript preparation, peer review, and content dissemination. However, it also presents challenges—including ensuring the originality of authorship, preventing AI-generated inaccuracies, and maintaining ethical publishing standards.

Join us to get insider tips from a publisher in how to harness the opportunities and navigate the challenges presented by GenAI.

This session is held back-to-back with the talk, Research Integrity & Publishing Ethics: A Publisher's Take. Light refreshments will be provided for participants who sign up for both sessions.
