Upon completion of their training, participants will be given several weeks to develop innovative solutions for a specific heritage and conservation challenge. In groups of 4 to 6, participants will identify the projects they would like to work on. Groups can also choose from a list of suggested areas and topics as shown on the Projects page. Applying what they learn through the training workshops, participants are required to put together their project proposals. Participants will be required to present their projects on 8th November 2025. The presentation will be held at NUS Central Library. The best 5 proposals will be selected to proceed to the incubation phase. Prizes of up to $1,200 will be awarded to winning groups.
The project incubation phase lasts up to 6 months. Groups will work on implementing their proposal. Groups will be provided resources, additional training and also mentorship from heritage and outreach experts. The additional training will be conducted in January 2026.
