Student Card

The NUS Student Card identifies you as an NUS student and can be used to access general facilities on NUS premises.

Submission of Photograph

Registered students will be issued a Student Card that is valid throughout the period of study at the University. Students are required to submit a photograph after accepting the admission offer. Approved photographs will be used for official records and Student Card printing.

For more information on photograph submission guidelines, please click here.

Receiving Your Student Card
Please refer to the respective Registration Guides (or information leaflet from the respective NUS admission departments) for the dates and details on collection of your Student Card, either through self-collection or mail.

Activation of Student Card

An active Student Card grants access to general facilities including libraries, sports and recreation centre and book loan services. For access to restricted facilities, such as research laboratories and computer clusters, please approach the respective facility managers or door administrators for assistance.

The digital version of the NUS Student Card (e-card) is accessible via the uNivUS app after completing Registration (Part One). For installation instructions and more details, please click here
