Replacement for Lost Card
Students who had lost their NUS Student Card should report loss and apply online for a new student card here. For more information, please click here.
Since the replacement fees are non-refundable, it is recommended to wait a few days before applying in case the card is found and returned to you. The following non-refundable fee (inclusive of GST) is chargeable for each replacement.
- First replacement card - $30
- Second replacement card - $80
- Third and subsequent replacement cards - $200
Please disable your pop-up blocker before making the payment online. Processing time is
5 working days after the day of payment. You will be notified via email when it is ready for collection at the SmartCard Centre (located at IT Care, Level 6, Central Library Building).
