Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are prepared by Office of the University Registrar and have the University seal imprinted on them. These transcripts are typically accepted for any official transactions such as proof of degree(s), or applications for admissions to academic programmes or employment.

The degree title(s) and conferment date(s) will be reflected on the transcripts only when a student has been officially conferred.

You will receive a complimentary copy of the Official Transcript upon graduation.

Currently, complimentary issuance of electronic transcript (if applicable to the programme) will be sent together with the electronic scroll to graduates’ lifelong email account upon completion of their degree/diploma programme.  You will receive the electronic transcript in OpenCert file or Verifiable PDF or both, depending on the type of programme and graduation cohort.

For graduates who wish to apply for electronic transcript, please refer to the Application portal at “How do I apply for an official transcript” at https://nus.edu.sg/registrar/student-records/transcripts/official-transcripts for application details.
