Trails to Connection: Helix Goes Hiking at Mount Faber
On 2nd February 2025, Helix House residents gathered for a returning favourite from last semester: Helix Goes Hiking at Mount Faber. This outdoor adventure offered residents a refreshing break from their routines, an opportunity to make new friends, and a chance to embrace nature while starting the day on an active note.
The hike began at Helix House, where participants set off together, excited for the journey ahead. The route led through Hort Park and Henderson Waves, featuring lush greenery and scenic trails. Along the way, residents engaged in conversations, strengthening friendships while enjoying the morning air.
Reaching the peak of Mount Faber, hikers were rewarded with stunning city views. The sense of accomplishment was shared among all, making the experience both fulfilling and memorable. Residents took time to relax, snap photos, and celebrate completing the hike together.
