All students applying to Medicine must also submit a portfolio together with the formal application made on the NUS Office of Admissions website, prior to being shortlisted. The items to be submitted as part of the portfolio during this stage are: the personal statement (500 words), CCA list, and official testimonial from your junior college, polytechnic or high school, and referee reports.
