Bachelor of Information Technology Undergraduates

Eligibility for Undergraduates Pursuing the Bachelor of Information Technology Programme


Needy NUS undergraduate students who are Singapore Citizens (SCs) and pursuing the Bachelor of Information Technology Programme have the following options available to finance their studies:

  • NUS Financial Aid Package comprising the Higher Education Bursary, Higher Education Student Loan - Base Provision (previously known as MOE Tuition Fee Loan), and Higher Education Student Loan - Balance Fee Coverage (previously known as MOE Study Loan)
  • Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) – the above PCI criteria is not applicable

Students under the following circumstances are NOT eligible:

(i)   pursuing Earn and Learn Programmes (ELPs); and

(ii)  paying unsubsidised tuition fees (due to already attained an undergraduate degree).


You will be informed via email on the specific application period in July or December, after registration as an NUS student.

Submit ONE Financial Aid Application to Office of Financial Aid to be considered for the NUS-administered Financial Aid Package. An email will be sent on the specific application period in July or December.
