Admission to the University will be considered holistically based on academic merit, non-academic achievements, and additional interviews/tests (if required), as well as open competition among all eligible applicants. In addition to fulfilling the admission requirements, applicants should ensure that their diploma is acceptable for the programme(s) they wish to be considered for by referring to the programme prerequisites. Selected programmes also require Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level results or equivalent, if available, to fulfil the programme prerequisites.

Applicants will be considered for admission if their diplomas are relevant and accredited to the NUS programme. Some undergraduate programmes are open to all applicants presenting a local polytechnic diploma. Please refer to the list of acceptable diplomas below.
