AY2025/26 Financial Aid Application is Now Open
An NUS education is an investment that will prepare students for life. To help students fund their study expenses, NUS offers a range of financial assistance including loans, bursaries, grants and work-study assistance that cover tuition fees and living expenses, as well as optional items such as on-campus accommodation and overseas programmes. Simply submit a single application via the Undergraduate Financial Aid Portal https://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/financial-aid/application to be considered for all NUS-administered financial aid schemes for undergraduate students by 1 April 2025 for earlier release of application outcome.
Transitioning into a new NUS FAQ portal and Case Management system in Q1 2025
The Office of Admissions will be transitioning from the Ask Admissions portal to a new NUS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) portal and Case Management system in Q1 2025.

First Choice Bonus Points Scheme for Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic, NUSHS and IB graduates
NUS will award bonus points for the first choice of programme of applicants to NUS with Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Levels, Polytechnic, NUSHS and IB qualifications, for admission in Academic Year 2019/2020. This policy is aimed at supporting and encouraging students to pursue their passions and interest, and will apply to all courses except those which require interviews, i.e.,
- Medicine, Dentistry and Law – For these 3 programmes applicants are required to rank them as the first or second choice and meet the programme pre requisites to be considered for shortlisting for test and interview (the only exception will be for applicants who place Law as their third choice with Medicine and Dentistry as their first two choices).
- Architecture, Industrial Design, and Nursing – For these 3 programmes applicants are required to rank them as the first 3 choices and meet the programme pre requisites to be considered for shortlisting.
