Co-editors of the book ASEAN and India: The Way Forward, Professor Tommy Koh, Mr Hernaikh Singh and Dr Moe Thuzar, take stock of the current situation and propose a new agenda of cooperation between ASEAN and India in the areas of the digital economy and e-commerce, smart cities, climate change and the green economy, cyber security and financial technology, to re-energise the relationship and to raise it to a much higher peak.
