In fact, Ms Melissa Low, Research Fellow at NUS’ Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions (CNCS), opines that Singapore has an important role to play in helping to make COP27 a success, and steering countries in this critical decade of action to meet the Paris Agreement’s objectives.
