Dr Foong Pin Sym, Senior Research Fellow at NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and Head of Design (TeleHealth Core) at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at NUS; and Associate Professor Adrian Yeow, School of Business at SUSS, provide three recommendations - how healthcare organisations can effectively integrate AI tools to enhance outcomes.
